Michelle Faber has been practicing Ashtanga Yoga since 2003. She has tried many different types of yoga but loved Jabari power yoga the best. She has completed Jabari's Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Certification program. Michelle has eight years experience in Acrobatics and six years in Volleyball. She considers her yoga practice to be the establishing force in her life, allowing her to handle the stresses of daily life. She has continued her Ashtanga Yoga practice through pregnancy and managing her weight. Because of this she has developed a great knowledge of using modifications when necessary. She specializes in prenatal and postnatal yoga, private lessons and group lessons. She is a teacher and music programmer at the Jabari Yoga Shala.
