Basic

This class is for students new to yoga, or experienced practitioners who prefer a more gentle practice. The focus is on proper alignment in standing and seated asanas (postures) and the introduction of sun salutations. A great class to begin.

Level 1

These classes will cover the fundamentals of the practice and is ideal for those with some knowledge of the yoga flow. The one-hour class will cover breathing (ujjayi breath), sun salutations (surya namaskara A and B), the standing sequence, and a modified closing sequence.

Level 2

Prerequisite: knowledge of standing and seated postures, including sun salutations and the closing sequence. Emphasis is on vinyasa; flowing through the postures with full breath.

All Levels

These classes are designed to inspire newer students while continuing to challenge more experienced and advance practitioners of all levels. Students are recommended to have knowledge of the flow, know how to use props where necessary, know their limits and modifications. These 90 min classes move through with full breath.

Levels 2 and 3

This is a guided class and modifications are presented. Seasoned practitioners and newer students (if up to the challenge) can enjoy this class. Emphasis is on vinyasa; flowing through the postures with full breath. It is not suitable for beginners. Prerequisite: knowledge of the flow, including sun salutations and the postures of the closing sequence. It is recommended that you attend at least six Level 1 or All Level classes before attending this class.
